Factors to consider:  

How to recognise new K; Where to put it; How to propose it; How to resolve different views (by representative specialists plus indicate other view); How to know where to access for new topic, comment, or use; Cost and efficiency of accessing and managing site; How to select title of K topic?

K topics will:

  a) focus on those of current concern in AU; not readily available in standards, law, handbooks, major references; which can affect many; cover controversial issues which need resolution, with all reasonable views and general  consensus stated;

  b) be limited to outputs of 2 to 4 A4 page equivalent
  c) build on past and current successful K
  d) use simple words and presentation to minimize unnecessary data
