APEK PURPOSE. Develop and prove an Internet site for a PE forum and development of useful current consensus PE knowledge to support laws and standards; and ultimately be operated by various AU institutes etc

APEK BODY   voluntary, no-profit, non-loss, cooperative technical association, unincorporated initially. Being unincorporated means no annual reports need be provided to government

APEK OWNERSHIP. Initially 2 engineers, in November about 15 with one share each at $1. And then free to AICIP registered inspectors and later open to all who are interested in PE and agree to act ethically and professionally ie owned by the people like the internet

APEK DIRECTORS about 15 with a quorum of 5. Meetings mainly by Internet and face to face about 1 or 2 years

APEK CODE OF ETHICS

APEK OPERATIONS. Forum overseen by an Administrator and 10 volunteer assistants, and GNs developed through volunteer moderators for each with backups

APEK FINANCE.   Capital, income, costs, resale value -     aim is all nil or minimum. Tax is to be nil initially as no income, and contributions by members is not taxable
