Donald Irvine 1 post --- Location: n.a.	26.09.2015 08:42 Missing Documentation I believe there is a need to have a national library for Pressure Equipment Documentation. Many a time I have had to recreate documentation or do a very complicated & long drawn out process of Freedom of Information requests to government departments to obtain old records. In many cases this is complicated by ever changing nature of Government departments & the ever changing nature of record keeping both for hard copy records & soft/electronic records. Many an old electronic file cannot be read or opened by the current computers or programs.
